THE WOMAN BEHIND THE GLOW Hi, I’m Alexis — the face behind your glow! As a Florida native with nearly a decade of experience in customer service and a genuine love for the beauty industry, I’ve always believed that the little details make the biggest difference. My passion for spray tanning began as a Spray Tan Technician, where I fell in love with creating effortless, natural-looking color and, even more so, the confidence that comes with it. What started as a love for the beauty industry quickly became a vision for creating an experience of my own. Every glow is thoughtfully customized to complement your skin tone, your lifestyle, and the look you’re after. Whether you’re preparing for a special occasion, heading somewhere sunny, or simply want a little extra confidence in your everyday skin, my goal is always the same: beautiful, believable color that feels like you. CANCELLATION POLICY
Lala Sunless Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To provide the best experience for all clients, please review the following cancellation policy: Appointment Changes & Cancellations * Please provide at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. * Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 12 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. * Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, I may need to shorten your appointment or reschedule it to avoid delaying other clients. Late arrivals may still be responsible for the full appointment cost. Booking Deposit While I do not require a booking deposit to reserve your appointment, I do require a card kept on file. If you cancel with at least 12 hours’ notice, you will not be charged. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. Emergencies I understand that unexpected emergencies happen. If you experience a true emergency, please reach out as soon as possible, and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.
